1. General information and individual services
SAMI's public pages, destination guides, university and program listings, scholarship information, comparison tools and career-path content help you research study options. They are a starting point for a decision, not a complete assessment of every applicant's circumstances. An individual service is defined by the scope agreed with SAMI.
General content does not create a university offer, scholarship award, visa approval, insurance contract, accommodation booking or job offer. It should not be treated as a binding statement from an institution or authority unless that organisation's actual decision or document is identified.
2. Information changes
Institutions and authorities can change entry criteria, fees, scholarships, intakes, deadlines, visa requirements, work conditions and available places. Catalogue prices, exchange conversions, living-cost estimates and timelines may be indicative. Confirm the relevant current requirement and exact price before making a commitment.
An “Ask SAMI”, blank, unavailable or zero-result field is not evidence that a fee is zero, a route is prohibited or no opportunity exists anywhere. Catalogue coverage is limited to the information published through SAMI. A comparison does not rank every institution in the world or guarantee suitability.
If information appears outdated or inconsistent, contact info@sami.uz. SAMI remains responsible for reasonable care in information and advice it provides as part of an agreed service; this notice does not excuse knowingly inaccurate or misleading statements.
3. Admissions, visas and careers
Universities and scholarship bodies decide admission and awards. Consulates, immigration authorities and other competent bodies decide visas, entry and residence. Employers decide recruitment. SAMI cannot guarantee those outcomes or predict how a decision-maker will assess an individual case.
Visa and legal guidance on the public website is general information. It is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately authorised professional where that is required for your situation. Travel, employment, tax, health and financial decisions may need separate specialist advice. Any professional service supplied by SAMI must be expressly agreed and within the provider's authority.
Career pathways describe possible directions associated with a programme; they are not promises of a job, salary, professional registration, work permission or residence. Completing a course does not automatically confer a regulated professional qualification or licence.
4. Portal statuses and automated tools
A saved draft is not a submission. Submission to SAMI is different from receipt by an institution. A payment request is not settlement, a refund approval is not repayment, and an event QR scan is not proof of a person's legal authority. Use the relevant confirmation and supporting document for the decision you need to make.
Matching suggestions, price calculations, file validation and profile-photo face detection can assist a workflow but can be incomplete or wrong. They do not independently establish document authenticity, financial eligibility or admission suitability. Ask for staff review if a result appears wrong or blocks a legitimate action.
5. Stories, images and credentials
Student stories and testimonials describe individual experiences. Outcomes vary and do not establish a typical or guaranteed result. Illustrations, Samiko artwork, stock photographs and promotional images are visual material unless expressly described as records of a real student, venue or event.
An accreditation, membership or partner logo represents only the named relationship and its actual scope. It does not mean SAMI is a government body, that every listed institution is accredited by the same organisation, or that any university or visa outcome is guaranteed. Ask us for the relevant credential and current status if it affects your decision.
An event attendance certificate records the stated participation. It is not an academic degree, language qualification or immigration document. Prizes and special event offers are governed by their stated eligibility and event conditions.
6. External services and interruptions
Links and embedded services can be controlled by other organisations. A link is not a blanket endorsement of all of that organisation's content or practices. Read the Third-Party Services Notice and the provider's own terms for the service you choose.
We cannot promise uninterrupted website, Telegram, email, payment or institution-system availability. Report a failure affecting a deadline promptly and retain copies of important records. An outage does not automatically remove SAMI's obligations for agreed work or your rights in relation to an affected service.
7. Your rights remain
This disclaimer explains the limits of information and outcomes. It does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, excuse fraud or deliberate misconduct, or override SAMI's express commitments. It does not impose a general “use entirely at your own risk” waiver.
For an individual concern, use the Complaints Procedure. Cancellation and repayment are addressed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
